Purple ink stains
Oh, my notebooks are full of purple ink stains
Full of poems nobody will ever read
Poems forever forgotten
Poems that will never really see the light of day
...Or will they?
Life is unpredictable
Purple ink stains
Titles underlined in pink
Fuchsia and orchid ink
But even if I compile these poems in a book
There would be no purple ink stains
And no titles underlined in pink ink.
